Using the ICON Equipment Website
This website helps customers research equipment, locate products, request service, submit inquiries, manage eligible account information and start ecommerce orders with ICON Equipment.
Product and equipment information
- Product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing and availability can change and should be confirmed before purchase or service authorization.
- Manufacturer names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. A brand shown on the site does not by itself represent a specific dealer or service authorization unless that relationship is expressly stated.
- Used-equipment hours, condition, included attachments and availability should be confirmed with ICON before a transaction is completed.
Quotes and orders
- Website quote requests are requests for follow-up and are not final purchase contracts by themselves.
- Cart totals use current public product information, but inventory, taxes, shipping, account terms and final payment status are rechecked during order processing.
- Purchase-order requests remain subject to the customer account terms approved by ICON Equipment.
Service requests
- Submitting a service request does not by itself authorize repairs, confirm a technician dispatch or guarantee an appointment time.
- ICON confirms service scope, scheduling and repair authorization separately with the customer.
